St. Paul, Minnesota-based Crystal D announced three staff promotions and the hiring of two new employees in the business development and customer service departments.
Mike Irvine has been named vice president of operations. Irvine is now responsible for developing and leading the management team, creating and communicating a vision for each department, as well as planning, implementing and achieving the goals set for each department.
Jen Contreras has been named customer service manager. In addition to her duties as art director, Contreras is now responsible for the creation and achievement of the customer service department’s vision and goals, as well as development of customer service staff.
Randy Givens has been named the supply chain manager. Givens is responsible for developing and advocating the vision of the supply chain department. He is also required to plan, set and achieve supply chain goals, as well as develop the supply chain department staff.
Emily Garzon has been hired as an order manager. Garzon is responsible for assisting customer service in ensuring order accuracy and timeliness.
Corey Wilson has been hired as an awards advisor account manager in charge of the south and central regions. Wilson will support two awards advisor territory managers as they aid the development of promotional products consultant award and recognition sales.
