HUB Promotional Group, Braintree, Mass., announced that it finalized a deal yesterday to add Debco, Concord, Ontario, to its portfolio of companies, which also includes Hub Pen Company, Beacon Promotions, Best Promotions USA and Cooler Graphics.
“HUB Promotional Group is extremely excited to partner with Debco Bag Distributors,” Joe Fleming, CEO of HUB Promotional Group, said in a press release. “The Debco team has worked very hard to consistently provide value to their customers, and their record of being voted PPPC Supplier of the Year in Canada for 22 out of 24 years is simply amazing. We are pleased and proud to now stand together with Debco and introduce their fine product line to the U.S. market.”
Debco is relocating to a new facility in Vaughan, Ontario, this fall, and will be adding the Hub Pen Company line later this year.
Debco’s leadership team will remain in their current roles, as well.
