Crystal D Hires Three in Business Development and Sales Solutions

Crystal D, St. Paul, Minn., has hired two new professionals in business development and a manager for the sales solutions department, effective August 17.

Joe Howse

Joe Howse is the vice president of sales for the Central and West territories. He will be responsible for developing business relationships in these areas, and will represent Crystal D at trade shows and sales meetings. Howse has a deep understanding of the awards industry, with more than 20 years of experience. Howse’s territory covers Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Montana, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Nick Kinney

Nick Kinney is the vice president of sales for the Southern territory and California. He will also be responsible for fostering customer relationships, attending trade shows and coordinating sales meetings. Kinney comes to Crystal D with 15 years of experience in sales. His territory covers Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas

Jesse Herrmann

Jesse Herrmann is the manager of the solutions department. He ensures that Crystal D’s customers get fresh ideas and fast service when they speak with its solutions specialists. Herrmann has 15 years of management experience.
