New York-based Sourcery and Chicago-based E-Dentity Solutions today announced to merge and continue under the name ‘Sourcery Solutions’. Sourcery Solutions will operate out of the former Chicago and New York offices, office addresses remain unchanged.
The philosophy behind the merger was to create a brand that could quickly deliver to market new products and services the companies had been working on together. The companies’ obvious strengths in different areas further supported the idea of broader capabilities though combined operations. E-Dentity Solutions’ offering complements the Sourcery business model, providing a wide-variety of cutting edge and novel gift ideas that can be bought and decorated locally through its facilities in the U.S.
Sourcery Solutions will present it’s OEM concepts alongside a new line of products for 2010 at the PPAI Expo in Las Vegas in January.
