AIA Promotes Clay Hall to Director of Owner Success

AIA Corporation promoted Clay Hall to director of owner success

AIA Corporation, Neenah, Wis., announced today the promotion of Clay Hall to director of owner success.

Since joining AIA in 2015, Hall has served in several roles, including owner success and recruitment, as well as sales development. In this new position, he will support the owner success Management Team, a department dedicated to supporting the company’s network of more than 300 independent business owners with sales coaching and business development resources. AIA owners work with their owner success managers to make effective business decisions, based on critical data analysis, that is focused on growing sales and profit margins.

Working collaboratively with the AIA owner success Team, Hall will be responsible for ensuring owners are supported in reaching their business, sales and rebate goals.

“Clay has a strong track record of helping AIA Owners build their businesses and succeed in this quickly changing industry,” said Kimberly Fulford, senior vice president of owner success. “He brings tremendous sales leadership and industry experience to this role, and his established relationships with AIA Owners well position him to hit the ground running.”

Clay’s career includes nearly 30 years of experience in the print and promotional products industry. Prior to joining AIA, he worked in a variety of sales and business development roles within Staples, including Staples Promotional Products and Staples Print Solutions, as well as Corporate Express. During his career, Hall has managed both national and regional sales teams, overseeing more than $45 million in sales and $12 million in gross profit.
