Ariana Grande’s Fun Valentine’s Day Merch Was Very On-Brand

If you were too busy pondering how the heck it was already Valentine’s Day yesterday when Christmas felt like it was just last week, then you weren’t alone. But, it also means that you probably missed the news that Ariana Grande released some very Valentine’s Day inspired merch for her new album. Whether you’re big on celebrating or you’re against the holiday altogether, the limited-edition Ariana Grande Valentine’s Day merch collection had something for everyone.

The line included pieces like “‘thank u, next” candy hearts with her digital album, crew necks with both “thank u, next” and “break up with your gf” on them, shot glasses, socks and more. Plus, all the pieces are featured in Valentine’s Day colors, which means lots of pinks, violets and grays. Our personal favorite is the “thank u, next” burn book that ties in with the music video for the song (which has more than 303 million views on YouTube). Not to mention, the burn book is a total “Mean Girls” reference. That’s always good by us.

The merch collection was definitely well-planned. The singer launched the limited-edition pieces a few days after her album (that notably features a ton of break-up songs) dropped on Feb. 8. Plus, the items feature lyrics and titles from her top songs, and the colors of the merch pieces align perfectly with the holiday.

Fans seem to be pretty excited about the line, too. One Twitter user wrote, “they say which one i say nah i want all em,” about the collection (a reference to Grande’s newest song, “7 Rings”):

Another tweeted “better than a dozen roses”:

Since it’s a limited run, we’re not sure how long the collection will be available on Grande’s website. If you were planning on purchasing some “break up with your gf” merch, it’s probably safer to do it sooner rather than later. Who knows, Ari might say, “thank u, next” and take it off her site forever. She already showed she won’t suffer fools when it comes to merch.
