Drum-Line, Stuttgart, Ark., has entered into an agreement to acquire Elliott Calendar Company, also known as Hour Glass Line, based in Coshocton, Ohio.
Amberlea Barnes, Drum-Line CEO, said Elliott Calendar’s production and customer service will be moved to Drum-Line’s factory, and that the consolidation should be complete by end of April. Most Hour Glass calendar styles will be added to Drum-Line’s product offerings.
Elliott Calendar is one of the oldest manufacturers of promotional products, specializing in calendars since the late 1800s. Drum-Line is supplier of American-made paper promotional products, including journals, notebooks, calendars and planners. The family-owned business was established in 1928.
