Sweda Company Announces Grand Prize Winner of the 2011 Case Study Challenge

Sweda Company LLC, City of Industry, Calif., Friday announced “Etch A Sketch Holiday Mailer,” submitted by Josh Ebrahemi of Jack Nadel International, Culver City, Calif., as this year’s Grand Prize Winner of the 2011 Case Study Challenge.

“Thank you so much, Sweda, for the opportunity, life is so amazing! I could not have done it without JNI and all my friends,” said Ebrahemi. “I’m taking all of JNI out to lunch for all their wonderful support.”

With 50 percent of the record-breaking 17,883 total votes received during the voting period, Ebrahemi will claim the winner’s check of $5,000 plus a $2,500 company credit memo to Jack Nadel. Josh credits his large number of votes to social media outreach. “I asked everyone I knew to post it on their Facebook account and many of them did and then asked their friends to post it. Before we knew it, on our news feed, it was covered with posts from everyone,” Ebrahemi said.

“It was no surprise to us that Josh won. He combines fantastic creativity, great service and a winning personality, too, and is a fantastic A.E.,” said Craig Nadel, president of Jack Nadel. “We all like and respect Josh and a lot of his votes came from his fellow JNI’ers.”

The five finalists in the Case Study Challenge were: “What Do You Love” by Sonya & Bryan Beam, The POP Shop (a division of Geiger), Alpharetta, Ga.; “Calculator” by Patricia Donnelly, Suncoast Forms, Sarasota, Fla.; “The Show MUST Go On… Or Pack Your Bag Tag” by Susan Woolf, Silicon Valley Specialties (an iPROMOTEu affiliate), Campbell, Calif.; “The Little Yellow Guy!” by Joan Gagne, NEPM, Wilbraham, Mass.; and “Whistles are the Key to Increasing Child Health Insurance Coverage” by Dianne Hall, Promotions Plus, LLC, Milo, Iowa.

The library of qualified Case Studies received from this year’s challenge will be posted on Sweda Company’s website.
