The supplier has already restored the alphabroder.com website and is able to take orders online, however phone and email systems are still down from the attack.
alphabroder is shipping orders through UPS, On Trac and LTL Trucks, but isn’t able to ship with FedEx or USPS.
“If you placed an order yesterday with UPS shipping, your order did ship, but will likely be delayed one day due to communication challenges caused by this incident,” the statement continued. “If you placed an order with USPS or FedEx shipping, your order did not ship. We will follow up as soon as possible on the status of your order.”
Customers can follow alphabroder on Facebook for continuous updates as the company solves the issue.
