Grossman Marketing Group announced yesterday that it has acquired Advantages in Marketing (AIM), West Springfield, Mass.
GMG co-president Ben Grossman said in a press release that the acquisition will increase Grossman’s marketing operations and boost its client base, namely in AIM’s Northeast location.
“AIM gives us greater geographical reach and adds to our significant product lines, “Grossman said in a press release. “Particularly in the areas of health care, real estate and consumer products.”
This is GMG’s sixth acquisition in as many years, having acquired Logos in Print, Fleet Business Products, ASAP Inc., Premier Marketing Group and Suncoast Print Solutions.
The company also recently launched its SwagCycle division, which works with environmentally-conscious companies to repurpose unsold or surplus promotional products.
Joanne Delaney-Bryant, founder of AIM, will retire from her position following the acquisition. She added that the transition to GMG would be “seamless” and that customers can look forward to “added value” that the company provides in print, promotional products, graphic design, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing and more.
