Royal Apparel, Hauppage, N.Y., announced it is adapting to the current needs of customers with new virtual capabilities.
The cancellation or postponement of trade shows, in-person presentations and showroom visits has become a common headline in the pandemic-driven news coverage these days. With CDC guidelines urging social distancing practices and essential travel only, Royal Apparel has launched its online initiatives and virtual options. The first week’s events were sold out immediately.
Royal Apparel has set up a virtual showroom in the home office of sales director Glen Brumer, and is conducting digital one-on-one appointments. It is also holding a series of town hall meetings with up to 20 participants to share and exchange ideas for today’s landscape.
In addition, Royal Apparel has added a new sample program, discounting items to allow customers to touch and feel the garments at reduced cost. This hopefully can get the product into customers’ hands and avoid having to meet in person.
Visit Royal Apparel’s website for more information on these programs.
