Hub Pen Company, Braintree, Mass., has hired Scott Blankenship and Sharon Wohlleber of Houston-based HWA Sales to represent the company in Texas. A well-respected multi-line firm, HWA Sales has received numerous honors from their clients, including Sales Agency of the Year by Ash City in 2001 and 2007, and Reps of the Year by Ogio in 2007 and 2008.
Blakenship, partner and executive vice president of the ad specialty division, covers North Texas and Oklahoma. After graduating from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Physical Education, he began his sales career with UMBRO Soccer in the mid-90s before entering the promotional products industry in 1996.
