Shari Pulver, president of JP Promotional Products, Ossining, N.Y., announced the acquisition of Ace Promotional Products of Roselle Park, N.J.
“In 2010 we decided we had grown to the point where acquisitions made sense to us,” Pulver said. “We started a search and were introduced to Bob Milici of Ace Promotional Products. Bob was looking to sell his business and we felt it would be a great fit for us. We are pleased we have been able to reach an agreement with Bob.”
“We will continue to look for additional acquisitions in the coming year as we look to expand our business even further,” she added.
