Bretton Woods Group Inc., Kansas City, Missouri, is expanding its investment in the premium incentive segment by adding Top Brands Inc. to its portfolio of companies. Top Brands will team up with Computer Incentives LLC to offer a wide variety of products to the premium incentive and corporate gifting channel.
Along with this acquisition, the company also announced that Charlene Gibbens is being promoted to president of Top Brands; Pam Slavonic will become senior vice president of sales; and Gary Slavonic, MAS, CPIM, will become senior vice president of business development. Top Brands will continue to operate out of its facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
“I have worked with Pam and Gary Slavonic for over 20 years,” said Bruce Enright, CEO of Bretton Woods. “Their knowledge of the industry is as strong as anyone I know. We are very bullish on the premium incentive [and] corporate gifting channel despite supply chain challenges experienced by all. With the combination of Computer Incentives LLC and Top Brands Inc., we collectively should be incredibly well positioned to serve this exciting market space.”
“Not only do Bruce and Charlene know us well, but they share our passion and vision to deliver excellence to our customers,” Pam Slavonic said. “This, along with the ability to utilize the technology platforms that Computer Incentives has in place, will enable Top Brands to provide an even higher level of service to our customers, which will in turn drive more sales.”
