Boundless Network, Austin, Texas, announced today that Dave Klotter has joined the company as CEO and director. Klotter will succeed Charley Dean, who has been serving as interim CEO following the acquisition of Boundless by Point Rider Capital and Treaty Oak Equity in 2021.
At Boundless, Klotter will guide the company in its next phase of growth, which is expected to include a focus on enabling the success of current sales partners, recruiting new sales partners and expansion through strategic acquisitions.
Klotter comes to Boundless from promotional products supplier TSC Apparel, where he served as CEO and board member and led the company during a period of operational expansion and exceptional revenue growth. Previously, he was a board member and CEO of Marianna Industries and has also held various executive and sales leadership positions throughout his 25-year career.
“Dave is an exceptional growth-oriented leader within the promotional products industry, and we are thrilled he will be leading Boundless’ continued growth in the future, both organically and through acquisitions,” Dean said.
Dean, managing member of Point Rider Capital, will continue to serve as chairman of the board.
