Arch Promo Group, Roxana, Illinois, announced that it has acquired Hudson Valley Umbrella Company Inc., dba StrombergBrand Umbrellas, the supplier of custom printed rain umbrellas, patio umbrellas and more. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
The acquisition will expand Arch Promo Group’s offering to the promotional products industry. Arch Promo Group shares StrombergBrand’s commitment to producing the highest quality products and will continue that tradition along with providing exceptional customer service and on-time delivery.

Helen Stromberg will continue to lead StrombergBrand as general manager, continuing her successful career over multiple decades as a supplier.
