Musicians have been making their way into the pet product space, with Dolly Parton and Korn vocalist Jonathan Davis starting their own lines of branded products.
Now, in a move that seems so obvious it’s shocking it didn’t happen before, rapper Snoop Dogg is launching his own “Snoop Doggie Doggs” pet accessories brand.
“If my dogs ain’t fresh, I ain’t fresh,” Snoop said in a press release. “These dogs and their apparel are a reflection of Tha Dogg himself, so they gotta look the role of a Top Dog, ya dig?”
We dig.
The line includes plush toys, bowls, and leashes, and is not limited to just dogs. There are items for cat-loving Snoop fans, too.
There are pet bandannas, plush boomboxes with the rapper’s face on it, a gold pet bowl with a metal chain design around the bottom, pet apparel, collars, and even a hat designed for dogs with Snoop’s famous braids.

The products were created in collaboration with Little Earth Productions Inc., which manufactures licensed fashion accessories and apparel.
“Snoop Dogg was, without a question, the most fitting and amazing partner we could think of in the dog and pet space,” Rob Brandegee, co-founder of Little Earth Productions Inc., said. “Snoop’s personality and authenticity are undeniably evident in our creative pet product offerings, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to share the new Snoop Doggie Dogs brand with you ahead of the holidays – it’s the perfect holiday gift for pet owners this season. Talk about a holiday treat.”
Like Dolly Parton’s Doggy Parton brand, Snoop’s line will be available on its own website as well as a dedicated Amazon store.
“We are excited to share that Snoop Doggie Doggs is now available in Amazon’s store,” said Wendy Franks, director of Amazon Pets. “Pet lovers will enjoy shopping this playful collection ahead of the holidays.”
All of these branded collaborations show the demand for pet products beyond the basics. Each one showcases the personality of the brand. And the same way human apparel and accessories allow for mobile brand visibility, pet products create walking billboards.
If anything, they’re more effective than human T-shirts. Have you seen how excited people get when they see dogs on the street?
