Customers can now see all clarifications in one place and are presented with a more intuitive way to answer clarification questions. The company launched its Koozie Group Tracker in 2021, and has been adding functionality ever since. Today, distributors can see the status of their orders, view and download invoices, upload and approve art, and more. The recent clarification enhancement gives distributors one place to find all their clarifications, and narrows down the way the questions can be answered, reducing misunderstanding on both ends. Adoption of the new tool has been quick, with some distributors calling it a “game changer.” This added functionality is another step Koozie Group is taking to streamline and simplify the ordering process.
With rising cybersecurity concerns, Koozie Group is also taking every precaution to protect customers’ data. The company has started using secure short links in email notifications related to orders. These encrypted links have “Koozie Group” in them, and appear more friendly than the previous links, which could be over 100 characters long and didn’t include the company’s name. For example, the short link from Koozie Group might look like this: https://go.kooziegroup.com/3LeKkH0. If customers remain concerned with security, they are always able to bypass the links by logging into their online accounts.
“We wanted to create the best possible experience for our customers,” said Phil Gergen, senior vice president of technology for Koozie Group. “The ntehy receive an order update from us, they can be assured it’s trustworthy and secure. By clicking on encrypted links, distributors can directly view their order without having to log in, which provides a smoother user experience while keeping their information secure.”
Koozie Group will use the data generated by the links to look for ways to enhance the overall customer experience. The company is planning more improvements of the Koozie Group Tracker, including the option to receive order updates via text.
