Ashley McCune Steps Down as Facilisgroup President

facilisgroup logoThe Pebble Group, parent company of St. Louis-based Facilisgroup, announced today that Ashley McCune is stepping down from her role as president of Facilisgroup, and will leave the business on Friday, Oct. 6, 2023.

McCune took the role of president in 2020, after founder Dan Rochette and chief business development officer Martin Weber retired. Former CEO Chuck Fandos moved into a new position as chief strategy officer of The Pebble Group.

Pebble Group CEO Chris Lee will take on the role of acting president while the company works on appointing McCune’s successor.

“I have been deeply honored and privileged to serve as part of this incredible company, and it’s with tremendous gratitude that I reflect on the journey we have shared together,” McCune said in a statement. “Although this decision was not easy, I am optimistic about the future of Facilisgroup and The Pebble Company. I leave the business on great terms with the confidence that our shared core values and mission will continue to drive this organization to even greater heights.”

During her tenure at Facilisgroup, the company launched a new website, rebranded its @ease software to Syncore, introduced the Comercio order management software, and brought in numerous new distributor partners.

“Ashley leaves with our thanks and best wishes on the next chapter of her career knowing she will always be remembered as playing a significant part of the Facilisgroup story,” She leaves the business with a fantastic foundation for future growth, and we have much to look forward to through the remainder of 2023 and beyond, continuing the development of the business. We will now focus on implementing the best structure and leadership to take the business to new, exciting levels for the benefit of our team, our partners, and our suppliers.”
