Sign-Zone, Parent Company of Showdown Displays, Acquires AAA Innovations

Sign-Zone LLC, the parent company to industry supplier Showdown Displays, announces it has acquired AAA Innovations, an industry leader in umbrellas, coolers, and outdoor recreational products based in Orangeburg, New York.

“AAA Innovations’ unique products and branding solutions have helped them build strong reseller partnerships in the promotional products industry.  The company has a deep commitment to delivering a memorable customer experience,” commented John Bruellman, CEO of Sign-Zone.  “We’re extremely excited to bring additional production capacity, expanded geographic presence and tremendous expertise and talent into our organization.”

The acquisition joins like-minded and culturally compatible companies that have similar, but unique, product lines. AAA Innovations and Showdown Displays® will continue to operate on a largely standalone basis, while seeking opportunities to leverage the operational resources and geographic locations of both organizations.  The combined business will remain committed to providing innovative display solutions, sold only through authorized reseller partners.

The global corporate headquarters for Sign-Zone (and Showdown Displays) will remain in Brooklyn Center, MN.  AAA Innovations is in the process of moving to a state-of-the-art facility in Orangeburg, NY.  Collectively, the combined entity will have approximately 400,000 square feet of production and fulfillment space across its North American locations, with additional operations in Europe.
