In the latest update to its website, company store and order management solutions,Trade Only, Costa Mesa, Calif., has delivered important features designed to further streamline the user experience and drive efficiency.

Trade Only’s enhanced quote and order processing features make it quicker and easy to create comprehensive and attractive proposals with the ability to instantly adjust cost and sell prices, margins and quantities.

New ‘sample’ purchase orders make for easy tracking of sample requests, so distributors can ensure their customers receive their requested merchandise, and follow up through the CRM module.

Company store product selection has been made faster with the ability to de-select every product on the database, then handpick which merchandise should appear on the store. Distributors can choose to customize the database product, or uniquely ‘copy’ the product so that they can add their own product images, description, keywords and decorating costs.

The update also includes UTM tags (Urchin Tracking Module), which allow website managers to track the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns. This feature provides tangible statistics for website traffic without having to resort to costly additional solutions.
