Cincinnati-based TSC Apparel helped launch the new look of its house brand—Tultex—for 2013 with a “How many tees in the tank” promotion at both the PPAI Las Vegas and ISS Long Beach shows in January, and are now sending two lucky winners each on a trip for two to the destination of their choice.
Eran from Tarzana, Ca., was the closest entry at the Las Vegas show, guessing 120 tees in the glass tank filled with 119. When notified by TSC account executive John Dubois, Eran had this to say about his plans: “Thank you TSC for great service, products and now this awesome prize! This will help make my 40th birthday a blast.”
Dennis from Newport Beach, Ca., a longtime TSC customer, guessed the exact number of tees in the tank at Long Beach—147—along with four other lucky participants. Dennis’ name was drawn from a raffle containing all five entries. “It has been fantastic working with the staff at TSC Apparel and I’m excited and grateful to be receiving this prize,” Dennis told his TSC account executive, Janette Dieball. “I look forward to growing our business with TSC Apparel and thank you for always providing us with great service!”
With nearly 1500 entries into the drawings, the contest generated buzz and booth traffic at both shows, and was considered to be a huge success.
The “How many tees in the tank” promotion invited trade show attendees to visit the TSC Apparel/Tultex booths and find out what’s new with Tultex, TSC’s house brand, for 2013. Tultex unveiled its new logo and tagline “Style Fits” in January of this year. The fresh look symbolizes the evolution of the brand and its renewed commitment to offer the highest quality fashion basics with deep stock at a great value.
