Minnesota-based distributor American Solutions for Business (ASB) recently announced the acquisition of three individual companies located in Florida, Ohio and Nevada. These acquisitions were part of an expansion initiative which has continued to extend ASB’s national footprint. Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
Alpha Print and Promo, located in Tallahassee, Fla., is a 30-year-old provider of business forms, full-color printing and advertising specialty products to a wide range of customers in the Southeastern U.S.
Performance Forms Inc. was founded in 1989 and provides print, marketing and promotional products to clients in Ohio and throughout the country. Based in Solon, Ohio, Performance Forms utilizes a network of trade suppliers to bring solutions to customers in a variety of industries, including healthcare and financial.
Allied Products of Las Vegas was founded in 1985 as a distributor of computer components but later shifted to exclusively providing print services to clients in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
