St. Regis Group, based in Indiana, announced that Phil Keister has joined the company as vice president of operations at its Indianapolis facility. Keister will be responsible for directing daily operations, in addition to directing the company’s ongoing efforts to increase production efficiencies and capacity at its Indianapolis plant.
After graduating from West Virginia University in 1986 with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Keister founded Windsor Crystal which quickly became a leader as an OEM decorator working with companies such as Waterford Crystal, Baccarat, Steuben, Val St. Lambert, Arc et al. From 1999-2013 he served as national sales manager for the Windsor Collection by Glass America.
With over 26 years of proven success in glassware manufacturing, decorating and sales, Keister brings a wealth of knowledge and skills which are uniquely suited for his role as vice president of Indianapolis operations. According to president and CEO Richard Firkser, “Phil will be charged with cultivating effective partnerships and strengthening internal relationships between manufacturing, sales, and customer support staff.”
