Bob Hechler Joins Proforma as Chief Membership Development Officer

Proforma, a leading North American provider of graphic communications solutions based in Cleveland, on January 3 announced that Bob Hechler has joined the company as its chief membership development officer to help accelerate the growth of the Proforma Network. Hechler’s primary responsibility will be to grow Proforma’s regional development team and its strategies throughout North America.

“As Proforma approaches its first half-billion-dollar year, we are well-poised to propel our growth and the growth of our members,” said Greg Muzzillo, founder of Proforma. “We have completed our $5-million investment in our enterprise technology platform and hired two key executive team members to help our top members win big accounts.”

Hechler has served as the executive vice president of Trade Only, a leading technology solutions provider in the print and promotional products industry, and as president of Windbrella, a creator of revolutionary patented products.

Hechler has also served on numerous committees for Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) and Advertising Specialties Institute (ASI), which has given him great insight into the needs of business owners and sales representatives in the print and promotional products industries.

“I’m excited to join the Proforma family,” said Hechler. “I have worked with all the other companies in the industry that say they are ‘like Proforma,’ but I know through my own experience that none of these organizations approach the resources and success of Proforma. Only Proforma is run by a person that actually built a successful $25-million distributorship. Only Proforma has a $4-million annual sales-and-marketing fund. Only Proforma has more than 100 members of its Million Dollar Club with over 30 members of its Multi-Million Dollar Club with sales ranging up to $20-plus million per year. I’m looking forward to planning and implementing Proforma’s regional membership growth strategies.”
