Sweda Company LLC, City of Industry, Calif., announced the appointment of Kellie Claudio as the senior vice president of sales and marketing, and Ryan Scott as the director of sales.
Claudio has more than 25 years of experience in defining and executing successful growth strategies in retail, big box, collegiate and corporate promotional products markets. She has successfully led sales for national brands, including Ashworth Golf Apparel, Callaway Golf Apparel and Hard Goods, Ed Hardy, and The Game Headwear.
Since joining the Sweda Company LLC team in 2010, she has been responsible for some of the most popular initiatives in the history of the company, including the development of the Perfect 10, P5 and Perfect Tech programs. As senior vice president of sales and marketing, she will be responsible for the strategic direction of the sales and marketing teams, and will lead the continued growth of innovative programs and services.
Scott, a 2014 recipient of the Sweda President’s Award, brings more than 10 years of experience in the promotional industry, four years on the Sweda Company LLC sales team, as well as deep roots in the golf and headwear world prior to entering the promotional products industry. Larry Willis of Wesco Marketing will take over Scott’s existing territory beginning Nov. 1, 2015.
