In an update to news first released this morning, Beacon Promotions Inc. provided further details on its exclusive distribution agreement with Senator GmbH & Co. KGaA of Gross-Bieberau—Germany to market and sell their plastic and metal pens to the promotional products marketplace in North America. This agreement will take effect January 1, 2013.
Beacon will carry 20 SENATOR Pens in a wide range of colors that you will find in the new SENATOR Pen Catalog to be released on January 1, 2013. All customer service, order processing, sales and imprinting will take place at the Beacon facilities in New Ulm, MN, starting the first of the year. Orders will be available for shipment after February 1, 2013.

In an email interview with Promo Marketing, Beacon Promotions president Haley explained that the deal with SENATOR had been in the works for a few months. A catalog will be ready January 1, and the company will also be showcasing the line at trade shows from that month on. Shipments will occur after February 1, due to inventory arrival schedules.
