Beacon Promotions, the New Ulm, Minnesota-based supplier, has acquired The Imagery Group out of Nashville, Tenn. The deal was finalized on May 30.
According to a blog post on The Imagery Group’s website, the company is closing its Nashville operations and relocating to Minnesota this week. Customers are asked to contact Beacon Promotions for questions about current orders. The phone, fax and email contacts for Imagery Group will be re-directed to the Minnesota location.
The purchase marks Beacon Promotions’ second in less than a year. The company announced it had acquired Canyon Outback Leather Goods in November 2011. Beacon Promotions has also secured exclusive distribution deals with Dri Mark Inc. and The Farmer’s Almanac.
