Hub Pen Hires New Customer Services Manager

Hub Pen Company, Braintree, Mass., has hired Marcia Reddington as customer services manager, where she supervises the customer service function, maximizes efficiencies, oversees order entry and maintains customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Hub Pen, Reddington spent more than two years as a legal correspondent and human resources specialist for Neenah, Wisconsin-based AIA Corporation. Additionally, she has more than 10 years’ experience in management and healthcare at Quincy Medical Center and BlueCross/BlueShield in human resources, corporate and member services functions.
