Employees at Cleveland-based Proforma’s Support Center embraced the generosity of the holiday season, raising more than $2,000 in cash and gifts for local families in need through the Adopt-A-Family program.
“The holidays are a great time to come together to show our support for the community,” said Greg Muzzillo, founder of Proforma. “We are extremely proud of the generosity and compassion the employees at Proforma’s Support Center have shown this year.”
Proforma first became involved in the Adopt-A-Family program in 2009. Since then, the program has grown with increased employee participation. This year Proforma was able to provide gifts and Giant Eagle gift cards for four Cleveland families.
Proforma raised money through participation in employee activities such as extra casual attire days, an ice cream social, a panini lunch and McDonald’s breakfast in exchange for a small donation. In addition to donations, many employees purchased specific gifts for the families in need.
