Chocolate Inn/Taylor & Grant Promotes Two Employees

Chocolate InnChocolate Inn/Taylor & Grant, Freeport, N.Y., announced the promotion of Jaclyn Claude to the position of assistant customer service manager, and Laurie Serwitz to the position of service resolution and billing manager.

Claude will be responsible for training all new customer service team members, as well as working directly with production to ensure complete customer satisfaction is met on all orders.

“I’m looking forward to my new roles within the department,” Claude said. “Growing with this company has been a pleasure, and I can’t wait to see where the future takes me within Chocolate Inn/Taylor & Grant.”

Serwitz’s new position will give her the ability to work with the staff to resolve any service queries and ensure that clients receive the information they need on a timely basis, as well as manage the billing department in all aspects.
