HALO Branded Solutions, Sterling, Ill., announced that it has been purchased by Audax Management Company, a Boston-based private equity firm.

Simon added that the company does not plan on changing its management or operating direction as part of the sale, and that the company’s senior management team invested alongside Audax Management Company in the transaction.
