Leed’s Improves SureShip One-Day Turnaround Program

Leed’s, based in New Kensington, Pa., a member of Polyconcept North America, announced it has made changes to improve its SureShip program. In January, Leed’s expanded SureShip to include uploading onto USB memory devices. Now, three more of the program’s parameters have been expanded to encompass more orders.

First, the company stated complete orders placed by midnight EST for next-day shipping are no longer restricted to one decorating location. Two decorating locations are possible, provided that the same method is used for each. In addition, the company stated SureShip orders can include up to five drop shipments, up from a previous limit of three. Finally, the company added that artwork is no longer limited to spot colors—halftones, gradients, and photo-reals can now be processed for one-day, SureShip orders.

“SureShip was already the best in the industry—it applied to more products and decorating methods, and had fewer restrictions than one-day and other rush services offered by other suppliers. Plus, SureShip is and always has been free,” explained Leanne Finney, director of marketing at Leed’s. “We always strive to enhance this service, and these latest changes do just that. Now, more orders will fit within the program’s parameters, which will give our distributors even more flexibility to accelerate orders for their customers without incurring any rush charges,” concluded Finney.
