With more than 21 years of customer service expertise, Austine Bridgeford recently joined Chicago-based R. S. Owens’ customer service team. In her new role, Bridgeford will be responsible for servicing R.S. Owens’ interests in the Southeastern United States.
“This is an instrumental position for us to fill with a professional of Austine’s skill and background,” said Jacqueline Duda, customer service manager. “With such a broad variety of distributors to handle, we definitely have a need to enhance our position in this region. The addition of Austine to our team will greatly improve our ability to service customer requests and orders in a very timely manner.”
Of her appointment, Bridgeford said, “I’m happy to join the team at R.S. Owens. I have worked on the distributor side managing large, complex service award programs, incentives and custom promotional programs, and now I can apply those same skills to serving distributors.
