Royal Apparel Plans Long Island Expansion

Royal-apparelAccording to the Long Island Business News, Royal Apparel, Hauppauge, N.Y., plans to invest $4.58 million to expand on Long Island, N.Y.

The company aims to relocate from a 24,000 square foot space to a 24,244 square foot facility at 91 Cabot Court.

“We are extremely excited and proud to have this opportunity to [expand] manufacturing on Long Island,” said Morad Mayeri, owner of Royal Apparel, according to the Long Island Business News. “The demand for U.S. manufacturing has been growing and we’re experiencing it firsthand.”

Currently, the company employs 34 individuals in Suffolk County, and it plans to add another 10 jobs over the next six years.

“Royal Apparel would like to thank the promotional products industry as one of the major contributors to our growth,” said Glen Brumer, sales director of Royal Apparel, to Promo Marketing. “We are so thankful for all the support, and as a result, this expansion is allowing us to provide more American jobs.”
