Towel Trading Group, Carson, Calif., announced that Scott Harris has joined the company as vice president of sales and marketing. Harris brings a wealth of industry sales and management experience to Towel Trading Group, including more than 20 years of experience both on the distributor and supplier ends of the promotional products industry.

“We’re excited to welcome Scott to Towel Trading Group,” said Jonas Partovi, managing owner and CEO of Towel Trading Group. “He has a tremendous background and reputation within our industry, and with his creative skill set and strong passion, he will immediately impact our sales and marketing efforts and grow our Towel Trading Group brand.”

For more than 12 years he was continually promoted within the Cintas Corporation, and was its first catalog sales manager, which set the course for positioning future catalog sales managers at more than 200 locations nationwide.

Soon after, he partnered with BD&A’s Dell team, and was a founding member of Boundless Network. He was also the Southwest sales manager for Pro Towels for more than five years, and was the mind behind the “Signature Towel.”
