Promo Marketing: What led to your company’s success in 2016?
Ross Silverstein: We have the very best platform for industry distributors and salespeople—the very best economic and lifestyle arrangement. In addition, we work extremely hard every day to cause our affiliates to feel special and important—which all of them are.

PM: What goals do you have for your iPROMOTEu for 2017 and beyond?
RS: Attract more affiliates to our network; grow top-line revenue; increase profitability; strengthen relationships with our vendor partners; and continue to make iPROMOTEu the best company it can be, the type of company our affiliates want it to be, and a great place for our staff to work.

PM: What’s the one thing you know now you wish you’d have known when you started in the promo industry?
RS: I wish I had known at the start all of the wonderful people in this industry that I’ve come to know over the years.

PM: What is the key to becoming (and remaining) a Top Distributor?
RS: Hard work; the tenacity to succeed.

PM: Besides sales numbers, what makes your company a Top Distributor?
