The promotional products industry has another billion-dollar distributor.
This morning, 4imprint, Oshkosh, WI, announced that it expects $1.14 billion in 2022 revenue, an increase of 45% from the year prior.
“The board is delighted with the group’s progress in 2022, which reflects clarity of strategy, the flexibility and resilience of the business model, and the outstanding dedication to the team,” 4imprint said in a statement, according to MorningStar. “The group enters 2023 with optimism.”
4imprint was pretty optimistic in 2022, too. In a trading update in May, the company said it was on track for that $1 billion mark.
“New customer acquisition has remained encouraging, and the retention statistics reliably reflect the growing customer file,” the company said at the time. “Management’s expectations for full-year 2022 operating profit is also now above the highest analyst forecast in the market.”
The company has come a long way, too. In 2020, 4imprint’s revenue dropped to $560 million, but rebounded in 2021 with $787 million.
This news comes on the heels of HALO’s announcement during the PPAI Expo that it also surpassed $1 billion in revenue for 2022.
4imprint will publish final results on March 15.
