Ariana Grande has been on top of the world lately. You pretty much can’t go a day without hearing at least three of her songs on the radio, and there has been a ton of excitement surrounding her Sweetener World Tour. However, it seems she’s hit a bit of a snag, and it comes in the form of merchandise woes.
We actually gave a shoutout to Grande’s clear tote bag tour merchandise in a recent Fave Five, but it seems not everyone is pleased with the other looks. The collection features vintage-inspired tour tees and sweatshirts, but the final unveiling left some fans a little disappointed.
Concert attendees quickly took to Twitter to voice their discontent:

These days, concert merchandise is a huge deal, and for Ariana Grande’s concert tees to not be must-haves is a major oversight. While there are plenty of fans tweeting support for the items, it’s unusual to see this much negative feedback for tour merchandise. (Seriously, search Twitter for “Ariana Grande merch,” and every other tweet is tearing it apart.)
We’re interested to see if Grande will take any action, as it wouldn’t be the first time. In August of last year, she blasted her own tour merch, calling it “trash” after fan complaints about its quality.
