Amazon is redefining what it means to be an e-commerce giant. Last year alone, it launched its own apparel line, reinvented the world of shipping and unveiled its plans for cashier-less convenience stores. Now, according to Business Insider, the retail giant is setting its sights on the athleisure world.

The company plans to launch an in-house brand of athletic apparel, and is currently hiring for brand mangers to help launch the line. Recode originally discovered the job postings, which detailed that the brand is looking for candidates who “will collaborate with leadership to build authentic activewear private label brands that have compelling and unique DNA.”

Furthermore, the ideal candidates will have a “passion for sport, athletes and those living an active lifestyle.”

It’s predicted that Amazon’s total share of the U.S. apparel market will increase from 5 percent to 14 percent by 2020, and a new athleisure line would certainly contribute to that growth.

It will be interesting to see how this new line competes against athletic apparel giants, like Under Armour, Nike and Adidas. We will keep you updated on this story.
