Gary Skordahl, American Solutions for Business (ASB) sales associate from Willmar, Minn. was recently named to the Board of Directors of Glenwood, Minnesota-based American Solutions for Business. Skordahl is a graduate of Moorhead State University in Moorhead, Minn., with a degree in marketing and a minor in management. In 1980, Skordahl was originally hired by Larry Zavadil to work for him as a representative at National Cash Register (NCR), serving clients in the Fargo, N.D. area. In 1981, when Zavadil launched American Business Forms (now American Solutions for Business) Skordahl joined him as a sales associate. Today, he serves hundreds of customers from his office in Willmar.
Throughout his career at ASB, Skordahl has been a member of the Million Dollar Club, the Top 20/President’s Club and was a recipient of the prestigious President’s Award. He has participated in a number of consulting teams for ASB over the past 29 years and has extensive knowledge of the ASB model and the industry. Zavadil, CEO and chairman of the board said, “With his industry experience and knowledge, Gary adds valuable insight and great depth to American’s Board of Directors and I’m pleased with his decision to accept the appointment.”
