American Solutions for Business (ASB), Glenwood, Minn., named Monique Gregoire executive director of finance. Initially hired as controller in 2015, Gregoire will now develop and manage overall structure of financial operations for the company, providing key insight and leadership to ensure compliance and integrity.

Gregoire holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management and a master’s degree in business administration from St. Thomas University of St. Paul, Minn. She has been employed for 13 years by Minneapolis-based Valspar, a global leader in the coatings industry, where she was a member of the finance department, serving most recently as the finance manager. Gregoire and her husband live in Alexandria, Minn., with their two young children.
