Hit Promotional Products (asi/61125) has hired Amy Rabideau to the new role of vice president of product.

Rabideau, who also serves as marketing and education committee chair and an advisory board member for industry tech advancement group PromoStandards, will lead the Florida-headquartered company’s initiatives centered on expanding technical proficiency in web stores and e-commerce and modernizing infrastructure, said Raj Mukherjee, chief information officer at Hit.

Rabideau brings decades of promotional products experience to the mix, specifically in leading IT teams and managing “the buildout of complex e-commerce products,” Mukherjee said.

“Her experience as a supplier, distributor and software provider provides a strategic perspective that will help Hit deliver technology solutions for our customers,” said Jon Norris, the supplier’s chief strategy officer.

In her previous role, Rabideau served as senior vice president of strategy and innovation at software provider/distributor-partnering company Facilisgroup, working at the firm for three years.

She’s also been the director of purchasing at Top 40 distributor Summit Group (asi/339116) and a sales manager at supplier Kencraft, among other promo leadership positions, including regional vice president of sales at Top 40 supplier Starline (asi/89320).

“I am looking forward to the leadership skills that Amy will bring to the team and am excited for Hit’s future in tech with her,” said Mukherjee.

Based on reported 2022 North American promotional product revenue of $610.9 million, Hit Promotional Products ranked 6th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry. The new rankings are due out this summer.
