With athleisure continuing to dominate the sports and apparel market, it’s no surprise that Under Armour is doubling down on its athleisure offerings.
According to SGB Media, Under Armour launched a new athleisure line in partnership with ballerina Misty Copeland: “Inspired by Misty Copeland.”
The collection is composed of three design principles: bold layering and silhouettes, comfortable and light technical fabrics and “fine design details,” according to Under Armour’s website.
After Under Armour’s disappointing sales figures last quarter, it will be interesting to see if this athleisure push will result in a sales bump.
