Aztex Enterprises/AZX Sport Welcomes New Hires in Sales and Marketing

Aztex Enterprises/AZX Sport announced it recently added two new team members, both with proven track records in the promo industry.

Jay Ago, who was named the company’s Midwest regional sales manager, was most recently with supplier Tekweld, where he was Midwest regional sales manager for four years. Before that, Jay spent several years as a sales representative with DARD products (TAGmaster).

In addition, Brian O’Gara joined the company as a marketing specialist after four years of creating marketing content and managing social media for supplier Polyconcept North America.

“We’re extremely fortunate to be in a position to grow as a company, especially during these uncertain times,” explained Rob Kerton, president of Aztex. “Adding Jay and Brian, with their valuable promo industry experience, significantly strengthens our ability to reach new customers and be even more responsive to our existing distributor partners.”

One reason for Aztex’s recent growth is its rapid transition into supplying personal protective equipment (PPE) to the promotional products industry. The company produces PPE products, such as masks and gloves, both domestically and through its close-knit network of overseas partners. Having close control over the supply chain has enabled Aztex to deliver products quickly and also ensure they meet its rigorous standards for quality, compliance and safety.
