Atlanta-based Boxercraft announced a partnering with the Greater Midwest Cheer and Dance Expo in support of the Susan G Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer. The collaboration is responsible for the Midwest “Pink” Cheer & Dance Fest, which will occur October 12, in the Fairfield Arena in Fairfield, Ohio. This event has been a tradition for 12 years and draws more than 1,500 participants and 4,500 spectators.
The Greater Midwest Cheer Expo will donate a portion of the registration to the foundation and individual teams are also asked to hold fund raisers to help support the cause. Boxercraft’s participation includes contributing pink breast cancer awareness items to be raffled off in support for the cause.
