Boundless Network, Austin, Texas, a leading corporate branded merchandise distributor, announced that Brad White has joined the company as vice president of sales. White most recently served as vice president of sales for AddVenture, a San Diego-based supplier.
White, a recognized leader in the promotional products industry, was recently named Supplier Sales Rep of the Year by Supplier Global Resource, a publication of the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI). Within the industry, White has established himself as a visionary with a keen understanding of how to apply technology and social media to drive sales.
“The success of our sales professionals rests on our ability to not only support their daily business, but provide strategies and tools to take advantage of a rapidly changing market,” said Jason Black, founder and CEO of Boundless Network. “Brad brings a wealth of industry sales experience, as well as a clear vision of where our industry is headed. I’m thrilled to have him join Boundless.”
Now viewed as one of the leading social media experts in the industry, White spent 13 years with AddVenture, having joined the company when it entered the promotional products industry. The transition from the supplier side of the business to the distributor side is one that he sought out because he saw an opportunity to have a major impact on the entire industry.
“As a supplier I worked with thousands of distributors, and Boundless Network always stood out as a progressive company with outstanding leadership and an exciting vision for our industry,” said White. “I’m excited to be part of the Boundless Network family and look forward to helping Boundless continue its amazing growth.”
Boundless Network was recently ranked No. 3 out of an estimated 20,000 branded merchandise companies on ASI’s 2010 list of fastest-growing distributors. The company was also one of the youngest distributors to be named to ASI’s Distributor Top 40 list, where it outpaced the average annual growth of the other ranked distributors by more than 50 percent. In August, Inc. magazine recognized Boundless Network on its Inc. 5000 list; Boundless Network was the seventh fastest-growing company in the “Business Products & Services” category.
