Broder Bros., Trevose, Pa., announced it is taking its “Selling What Sells” educational series on a three-part, nationwide tour of events focused on educating customers about sales presentations and selling more apparel. Beginning the week of September 6, 2011, the first part of the tour will feature Alpha, Broder and NES staff along with representatives from Bella and Canvas and some of the industry’s biggest mills in 15 cities across the country. These full-day events will consist of product presentations and sales seminars based off of the “Selling What Sells” catalog and Bella + Canvas Sellers Guide.
“Selling What Sells has really defined the customer experience in 2011,” commented Steve Valeri, vice president of marketing for Broder Bros. “For the first time customers have access to an incredible amount of knowledge to confidently pursue apparel sales and close on more opportunities. The tour is a great way for us to expand what is presented in the ‘Selling What Sells’ catalog while we give our customers a one-on-one learning experience.”
Tour attendees will be treated to exclusive discounts, free marketing materials, complimentary lunch and chances to win prizes drawn throughout the day, including a “Selling What Sells” showroom package and an Amazon Kindle. Dispersed throughout the country, the first leg of “Selling What Sells Live On Tour” events will be hosted in the following cities:

- Southeast: Orlando, Tampa, Miami
- Southwest: Houston, New Orleans, Baton Rouge
- Midwest: Indianapolis, Louisville, Cincinnati
- West Coast: Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose
