Camsing Global LLC, a promotional products manufacturing and supply chain company, announced it has acquired Senator Promotional Group USA Inc., Dallas, an industry-leading promotional products supplier and parent company of Senator Writing Instruments and Dart Business Accessories. In addition, Camsing Global LLC and Senator Worldwide, Germany, enter into a long-term exclusive licensing agreement in which Camsing Global LLC will market and sell Senator products in the USA and Canada. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Located in Dallas, Senator Promotional Group USA Inc. offers two of the top-selling promotional products categories under one roof-writing instruments and business accessories. Known as both an innovator and trend setter, Senator Pen was the inventor of the Video Message Pen and the Antibac Pen, and Dart Business Accessories offers more than 10 decorating methods to its distributor partners.

Camsing Global LLC, with offices in Rochester, New York and Winona, Minnesota, provides sourcing and supply chain solutions to industry suppliers. Camsing Global LLC is the holding company to China Imprint, a cost-effective alternative solution offered to distributors for both small- and large-run orders, which are manufactured, printed and shipped via one of their wholly-owned factories, or trading partners in China.
Current CEO and president of Senator Promotional Group USA, Bob Tidwell, has resigned his position effective with the transaction.
