Largo, Florida-based Corvest, a top-20 promotional products supplier and parent company of Adva-Lite, Toppers and It’s All Greek To Me, announced several organizational changes to its customer service and sales teams. The changes, which are effective immediately, will allow the company to provide more dedicated customer service and will enable further growth of the company’s sales team.
Catherine Pilgrim, formerly a vice president of sales for Corvest, has returned to lead all sales efforts as senior vice president of sales. According to Bob Conway, CEO of Corvest, “We are all excited to have Catherine back as part of the team, her leadership skills are unparalleled in the industry and we are anticipating the great things that are to come for our sales team and for the company as a whole.”
Additional changes to the company’s sales team include the appointments of Alicia Bell as manager of inside sales and Clare Lawrence as manager of Corvest Custom, the company’s custom products division. Kirk Russell, vice president of sales, said, “Corvest’s field sales team remains strong and is looking forward to working with Alicia and Clare to better support our customers.”
Organizational changes have also been made to the company’s newly consolidated customer service team, with Janita Yurkonis now taking the lead role as director of customer service. All customer-service representatives are now cross-trained to assist customers from all three of the company’s subsidiaries—Adva-Lite, Toppers and It’s All Greek To Me. Business support is now offered on a regional/geographic basis, allowing Corvest to better assist its customers and to position the company for growth.
